We’ll meet at 2:45 PM at BodyInnovation.
This experience is hosted by BodyInnovation and led by a professional instructor, Giulia, in English.
From 3:00–4:00 PM, participants will take part in a guided Mat Pilates class, designed to help you move, reset, and reconnect with your body in a calm and supportive environment 🤍
The class is suitable for all levels — no prior experience is needed.
After the class, from 4:00–5:30 PM, there will be time to relax, connect, and enjoy a soft social moment together with drinks and pastries 🥐✨ as well as optional photos.

Women Only Event
This event is exclusively for women.
We aim to create a safe and comfortable space where women can connect openly and celebrate together.

What's Included
The total contribution is $26 USD (approx. 37000 KRW), processed via PayPal.
Your contribution includes:

• Mat Pilates class led by a professional instructor
• Drinks & pastries after the class
• Our regular $5 organization fee

If you don’t have PayPal, please message one of the hosts via Meetup and we’ll share our Korean bank transfer details with you.
The organization fee covers planning, coordination, communication, and community hosting by hiSeoulies 🤍

Attendence Confirmation
To keep the event well-organized and avoid last-minute empty spots, we’ll send a short check-in message 2 days before the meetup to confirm attendance.
If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the spot to someone else.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
hiSeoulies invests significant time in planning and coordinating each event. To keep our gatherings intentional and well-organized, the following refund policy applies:
Cancellation by the participant:

• More than 7 days before the event: Full refund of the hiSeoulies organization fee
• 3–7 days before the event: 50% refund of the hiSeoulies organization fee
• Less than 3 days before the event: No refund
• No-show (no prior notice): No refund

For this event, the Pilates class and venue-related costs are non-refundable once your spot has been confirmed, as the booking is secured with our partner in advance.
Cancellation by hiSeoulies:
If hiSeoulies cancels an event, all participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

Photos & Community Moments
During the meetup, we may take a few photos or short videos to share on our Instagram or Meetup page as part of our community story 🤍
If you prefer not to appear in any content, please let the host know before the event begins.
We’ll always try to be mindful of everyone’s wishes. That said, it may not always be possible to completely avoid appearing in group photos.
