It's now September, and schools across Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province are starting a new semester. With every semester change comes thousands of new foreign English teachers, from seven different countries, to Korea, many for the first time.
To all newcomers to Korea, welcome!
Whether you've been in Korea for one day or all of your life, you're invited to join us at Lost in Seoul's semi-annual Welcome Dinner. This is an excellent opportunity to meet new people, enjoy good food and drinks, and make interesting conversation.
We will be eating at a delicious Indian buffet in Itaewon, Seoul's foreigner district. Both meat and vegetarian dishes will be available. The cost is 25,000 won for as much food, beer (Cass, Hite, or OB), soda, coffee, and lassi as you want. You can pay when you get to the restaurant.
After dinner, we can explore the various bars around Itaewon. This is, of course, optional.
