I have seen Korean participants in language exchange meetups and students in English classes make the same types of mistakes time and time again. I developed this meetup to help English learners better understand crucial concepts and then practice effective methods so they can overcome these issues.
Although studying and practicing of any kind is helpful, I think having a host instructor who can lead guided discussions, provide grammar rules, and give immediate feedback can be much more effective in developing better speaking confidence and natural habits in a shorter timeframe.
