Stage 1 Alberni inlet to Lighthouse and back

Please note the meeting point will be off Seizai rd in Port Alberni. For those unsure on location we will meet at Coombs candy store in Port Alberni and carpool or convoy from there. Meeting time at Coombs Candy store will be 9:40.

This is a beautiful trail following the Alberni Inlet. We will travel well groomed trails, coastal trails as well as some logging roads… We will cross bridges and hopefully pass a few waterfalls. We will stop at Lonetree for a short lunch break. This trail is a series of up and down which are moderately challenging…..

Please note there is very limited cell phone reception on this trail… Anyone joining with a sat phone will get CANDY 😁🤔😁.

You should be a strong “B” level hiker to enjoy this hike.
