Class structure: We begin with introduction and then go into the guided Past Life Regression journey. After the journey, there will be an opportunity to share your experience and learn from each other. Sharing is optional. Past participants have found the sharing to be very helpful and enlightening.

We’ll end the class with a short quiet meditation to seal in the experience.

Most participants leave the class feeling lighter, better, clearer mind, more confident and positive (and more enlightened).

What you need at your end:

For your safety, you must be in a quiet, safe room. You cannot do this class while driving or operating machinery, from inside a car or somewhere outside.

What Will We Do in Class?
We start the class with opening prayer and introduction. We will discuss a spiritual topic of interest. We will do two exercises to open up and practice our intuition and share our experiences (optional). We will close with a meditation to connect to our Inner Guru, Spirit Guide or Creator/Source for guidance; this meditation alone is worth the entire class. I will use hypnotic guided meditations to help you tune into your intuition for a more successful experience.

Each class you will be learning and increasing your spiritual knowledge and sharpening your intuition. I want you to walk away with a wonderful sense of peace, love, insights and clarity.

What is the intention of the class?

We all were born with Intuition. it's our walky-talky device to the Divine/God/Source, to guide us in navigating life's maze on Earth. Yet, for many of us, our intuition was blocked for various reasons. Without our intuition, we are navigating life's maze in the dark, living life through trial and error, which creates a lot of unnecessary harships and suffering. With our intuition turned on and the skill to use it effectively, we can relax and trust, for we will be guided through every process of life, making decisions will be easier because the paths and choices are clear to us. We know we are not alone or have to figure things out on our own, for there is a higher Wisdom/Power guiding us and supporting us through life's twist and turns. If you have used your intuition before, you know what I mean.

If you are reading this or have been thinking about intuition lately, it means you are awakening and it's time to turn ON your intuition. Today my intuition has dramatically increased from when I first started. Hypnosis and spiritual study played a big part in my heightened intuition.
