Solaris on Friday 22.5 at 19.30 at Kino Aero

Hi everyone!

Join us on Friday, May 22nd, for a screening of Solaris at Kino Aero. The film begins at 20:00.

This event is co-hosted by Vera and Club member Bilyana. We will be at the Kino Aero café from 19.30. Please look either for Vera (wearing a bright pink/flowery scarf) or Bilyana (wearing a beige scarf) - (see also our Meetup photos).

The 1972 movie, directed by legendary Russian filmmaker Andrei Tarkovsky, follows ‘a psychologist [who] is sent to a space station orbiting a planet called Solaris to investigate the death of a doctor and the mental problems of cosmonauts on the station. He soon discovers that the water on the planet is a type of brain which brings out repressed memories and obsessions’ (here).

Come enjoy this screening and stay for a drink and a chat about the film afterward!
