**Go Heart Wellness LA \| Yoga at Yosemite Park**

The Go Heart LA Wellness Program in association with Adventist Health Glendale is bringing you another **park yoga location in 2025**! Trek up some hillside stairs to a grassy terrace oasis, a perfectly serene spot to enjoy a healing yoga practice. This in person event will be held at **Yosemite Park in Eagle Rock** (https://www.laparks.org/reccenter/yosemite) on the **last Saturday of the month at 10am**, led by instructor Mary Frances.

Find parking on the street or in the lot, head behind the courts and past the pool & up the hill, (there will be a sign with an arrow).
