Each week, we will gather to meditate together, beginning with some prompts that invite you to feel and release the emotions stored in your body. From there, we’ll explore the voice within, allowing space for each participant to hear and speak with their inner wisdom. The final part of our hour is dedicated to a journey, where you will be guided into a safe and supportive space to envision and create the life you deeply desire. This is a time for reflection, manifestation, and stepping into the energy of your true potential.

No prior experience is required—just come as you are, ready to explore and connect with yourself in a deeper, more meaningful way. Whether you’re seeking clarity, release, or inspiration, this is a space for you to access your own inner knowing in a supportive group environment.

How to Prepare:

\~ Feel free to grab a cup of tea and a blanket
\~ Have a journal and pen nearby

Interactive Space Guidelines:
You can keep your video on or off—whatever makes you most comfortable. Everyone will stay muted to keep the space quiet, but you’re welcome to interact through the chat if you'd like to share any insights or reflections.

This allows us to maintain a peaceful atmosphere while still offering a space for connection.

Group Somatic Healing: Virtual Event

*A free somatic workshop to quiet the mind, access your inner voice, and come home to yourself.*

This highly requested session is for anyone who’s wanted to go deeper into the practices we do on Fridays — or who’s ever thought, *“I want to feel more connected… but I don’t know where to start.”*

In this live workshop, we’ll walk through the how to of the basic somatic practices that we do every Friday step by step:

* Energy Clearing
* Quieting the Mind
* Finding your Inner Voice
* Connecting emotions to sensations in the body
* 1:1 hot seat to dive deeper on questions you have
* Creating your safe place

There will be space to ask *any* question — whether you’re brand new to inner voice work or have been joining Friday sessions for months.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to practice this on your own… and hopefully, a deeper sense of peace, trust, and presence in your body.

I'll send the recording to everyone who registers for the event so don't worry if the live meeting time doesn't work with your schedule. Feel free to DM any questions ahead of time if you'd like to make sure they are covered!
