This group is dedicated to cultivating a safe and inclusive space for female-identifying young adults from ages 21 to 29. Members will explore strategies to overcome self-doubt, build resilience, and embrace their authentic selves.

Group will be 8 weeks long and ran by Emma and Zoe, masters level interns with Glacier Health and Development Center.
