**WTF 3.0 Foundations: Reverse Engineering & Binary Exploitation** is a preparatory workshop designed to equip participants with the essential skills needed for the Reverse Engineering and Binary Exploitation categories in WTF 3.0 (Where The Flag 3.0), our signature CTF event.

This session introduces the fundamentals of binary analysis and low-level program behavior, including assembly basics, understanding executable file formats, using debuggers, static and dynamic analysis techniques, identifying vulnerabilities such as buffer overflows, and basic exploitation concepts. Participants will work through practical, beginner-friendly challenges to develop a structured approach to analyzing binaries, uncovering hidden logic, and crafting exploits to capture flags.

Whether you’re new to CTFs or looking to strengthen your low-level security skills, this workshop serves as the ideal starting point before competing in WTF 3.0.
