Shamanic Breathwork® is a powerful healing modality created by **Linda Star Wolf**, a visionary teacher, shamanic guide, and founder of **Venus Rising Association for Transformation** and **Venus Rising University**. Developed through decades of study and practice, and inspired by her studies with **Holotropic breathwork founder, Stan Grof, and Integrative Breathwork founder Jacquelyn Small**, Shamanic Breathwork® integrates ancient wisdom with modern transformational techniques to facilitate deep healing and personal awakening.

I am honored to be a **Master Apprentice of Shamanic Breathwork® under the guidance of Linda Star Wolf** and Venus Rising. This path is a deep commitment to the transformative power of breathwork and a calling to be in service to others through healing and soul awakening. I have trained extensively in holding space for deep healing, guiding individuals through the Shamanic Breathwork process, and supporting integration with clarity and compassion.

4:30/5:00PM Integration: Walk the land, Sit at the fire pit, sauna, steam room, take a dip in the creek, lie on the earth, connect with one another or be in silence.

**What not to Wear:**
Any jewelry that could get snagged on your hair, clothing, etc.
Any clothing with belts, buttons or that could contribute to limited movement
Anything that may hinder self-expression in any form

**Agreements:**
You are required to participate completely drug free. This includes any and all plant medicines. This is very important for your own journey and your co-journeyers.

**Post Retreat:**
Allow for time to integrate. Try not to plan for anything else for the evening. You will receive instructions and support as well as access to me in the event you need support or further processing.

Join me on the last Thursday of the month for a free, monthly gathering on Zoom where we’ll dive deep into the journey of healing from codependence. Each session will provide practical tools, transformative insights, and compassionate teachings to help you break free from unhealthy patterns and reclaim your sense of self. Whether you’re new to the concept or have been on the healing path for a while, these gatherings are designed to support and empower you in building healthier relationships with yourself and others. This is a circle for women.
