Various instruments are used, such as 432 singing bowls, crystal triangles, wave drums, gongs, and background beats. When the body relaxes, it begins to heal as vibrations travel through it on a deep molecular level. You will feel a shift within you as we release energy through the practice of presence to create peace.

Reiki energy will be channeled throughout the session, and tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) will be used.

Each session is unique in theme, focus, and instrument mix + voice, and can include guided meditation, breath work, movement, visualization, energetic release, poetry, a creative exercise, and how intuition feels in the body.
