Montana Citizens for Disclosure / Jesse A. Marcel Library

Opened in April 2012, the Jesse A. Marcel Library (JAML) serves as Montana's central meeting place for the exchange of information relating to UFOs (UAP). As the host of Montana Citizens for Disclosure, our efforts are closely aligned with New Paradigm Institute (https://newparadigminstitute.org). We share and promote NPI's goal of transparent UFO Disclosure for the betterment of our world.
