This is one of our very first Women of Expansion meetups, so it will be a relaxed and friendly walk where everyone can get to know each other.

A relaxed Sunday afternoon walk for women who enjoy nature, good conversation, and spending time with their dogs. Dogs are natural social catalysts, and walking in green spaces is known to boost mood, reduce stress, and help people connect more easily.

#### **What to Expect**

* A relaxed group dog walk through the beautiful landscapes of Trent Park.
* Friendly conversation with other women who enjoy the outdoors.
* Plenty of time for the dogs to explore and socialise.
* Optional coffee together at the café afterwards.
* A welcoming environment — many women attend their first event alone, so you'll be in good company.
* Women without dogs also welcome.

Join us for a guided cultural visit to one of London’s most celebrated art collections. Exploring art together is a powerful way to spark curiosity, conversation, and new perspectives — and it’s far more enjoyable when shared with other women who appreciate culture and learning.

* Meeting time - 10am at The National Gallery Entrance
* **Location:** The National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, London
* **Duration:** approximately 2–3.5 hours
* **Afterwards:** optional coffee nearby
* **Hosting and Guide Fee:** £26 per person
* **Group Size:** Spaces are limited. Depending on attendance, participants may join an existing public guided tour.

Join us for a guided visit to the beautiful Kew Gardens, one of the world’s most celebrated botanical gardens and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore the remarkable landscapes and plant collections of Kew while connecting with other curious women who enjoy nature, learning, and meaningful conversation.
Together we’ll take a guided walk through the gardens, discovering some of the fascinating plants, landscapes, and stories that make Kew such an extraordinary place. Afterwards, there will be the option to relax with coffee nearby and continue the conversation.

**Hi ladies,**

I’m hosting a **small women-only trip in Seville from 17–20 October** called **Meet Me in Seville**, as part of my women-only cultural community **Women of Expansion**.

It’s designed for women who enjoy **travelling independently but would still like some company during their trip.**

You arrange your own **flights and accommodation**, and once you arrive in Seville you’ll be part of a friendly group where we can **meet up, explore the city, eat tapas and experience the culture together.**

I’ll be there **hosting the group throughout the four days**, and we’ll have regular meetups for things like **breakfast, exploring the city, lunches, dinners and evening drinks.**

You’re completely free to **join as much or as little as you like**.
Some women enjoy doing everything together, while others like to take time for their own exploring and simply join the group when they feel like it.

Alongside exploring Seville itself, there will also be opportunities for **optional excursions and day trips** to some of the most beautiful places in Andalusia, including **Granada, Ronda and the famous Caminito del Rey**, as well as other experiences around the region.

Before the trip, I’ll also help with **recommendations for accommodation in Seville**, advice on getting from the airport to your hotel, and suggestions for **tours, excursions and experiences** you may want to join - I will send you links to all the day trips I recommend and will be attending myself, so you can book directly.

This is a great opportunity to discover Seville, but with the support of a professional meetup group. You travel there **independently**, but you arrive knowing there’s **a welcoming group of women to share the experience with.**

There is a **£150 hosting fee**, which covers the organisation of the trip, planning support beforehand, and hosting the group throughout the four days.
