Sessions are peer led and facilitated by Carrie Bess Whitenight, APCC, and Lauren Dibble, LMFT, an experienced ADHD therapist and founder of Brilla Counseling. Through expert guidance and group collaboration, we're here to help you discover your inner strength and take practical steps toward creating the life you want.

This meeting is open to anyone who self-identifies as a woman and has been diagnosed, or believes themselves to have ADHD/ADD.

They don’t trigger interest or reward pathways, so you avoid, procrastinate, or give up. No one wants to walk alone in a desert. Let's do it together.
