These soothing frequencies help release tension, clear energetic blockages, and guide you into deep relaxation. Designed to calm the mind and promote healing, this journey invites you to surrender to sound, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner self. Simply relax, breathe, and receive the transformative power of vibration.
**What to bring?**
All items are optional: lf you don't have these things some will be available for your use at the studio. Yoga Mat Blanket Pillow Water Bottle Meditation Crystals

Be prepared to take off your shoes. Located around the back of the office complex in Building E.
