**About This Event**
Are job fairs exhausting? Does "networking" make you want to hide? Do you dread the "Tell me about yourself" question? You're not alone.
Join us for a relaxed, introvert-friendly conversation about navigating the job market when you prefer depth over small talk and thoughtful responses over quick comebacks.

**What to Expect**
This is NOT a high-pressure networking event. Instead, it's a supportive space where fellow introverts can:

* Share challenges we face in the job search process
* Discuss strategies for interviews, networking, and self-promotion that feel authentic
* Learn how to leverage typical introvert strengths like listening, preparation, and deep thinking
* Discover how to find workplaces that value what introverts bring to the table

**Who Should Attend**

* Self-identified introverts currently job hunting or considering a career move
* Those who find traditional job search advice ("Just get out there!") more frustrating than helpful
* Anyone looking for practical strategies that work WITH their introvert nature, not against it

**Format**
Our 90-minute session will feature guided discussion in a supportive environment. No forced participation—contribute when you feel comfortable, or simply listen and absorb.
Camera use is optional, and we'll use chat features alongside verbal discussion to ensure everyone can participate in ways that feel comfortable.

* A willingness to listen and share (to your comfort level)
