The mission of the Lawn Chair Philosophy Foundation is to make academic philosophy more accessible. We offer free courses and events, as well as sliding scale philosophical consultation services. In this meetup group, we'll advertise our course meetings and events. All reading material for our courses will be provided beforehand for free. Participants may choose to take a casual approach to course meetings. Or if they would like to add some rigor to the mix, participants may choose to give a presentation and write a paper. Free consultation and editing services will be provided for those who choose this route.
