Calling all seekers of peace, relaxation, and healing…

You’re invited to an immersive sound bath and sound healing session a studio and oasis of calm in Roma Sur.

These sessions are a unique opportunity to experience the power of sound to heal the body, mind, and spirit.

For this Sunday session, the theme and intention will be “grounding”. It’s a great way insert some healing and relaxation into your week.

In order to create a more intimate healing experience, space is limited to 8 participants, so please do RSVP in advance. Cost is $300 mxn in cash or $18 usd in advance through a payment app.

What to expect? During a sound bath, you will lie down in a comfortable space and be surrounded by the sounds of healing instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. We’ll begin with some light breathing exercises and guided meditation to prepare you for the healing. Then the sounds will wash over you, creating a deep state of relaxation and meditation. As part of the experience, please feel free to arrive up to 30 minutes prior and/or linger after to enjoy some herbal tea and stillness.

Sound healing sessions are also a great way to connect with your inner wisdom and receive guidance from your higher self. I will guide you through a journey of sound, helping you to release any blockages and connect with your true essence.

What to bring? Really just you! I have mats, pillows, and blankets for your comfort, but do feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

It’s recommend that you wear loose comfortable clothing and not to eat anything heavy within an hour or two of a session. Please remove your shoes and place them on the shoe rack before entering the space.

Important!! Please plan to arrive between 30 and 5 minutes before the session start time. Unfortunately if you arrive late, you may need to attend a future session. I will be opening and securing the outer door to ensure the sanctity of the space and best experience for everyone. Thank you for understanding.

You’ll also have the option to take a special flight around Mount Everest!
After a couple of days in Kathmandu, we will set off on our Langtang Valley Trek!
