Hi Everyone, especially the mums out there:

Around 2 years ago, a few weeks after giving birth to my
wonderful son Eden, my mother came to visit me here in Korea,
like any daughter who hadn't seen there mum in like forever I
thought I'd show her just about everything in Busan.
Not realising the tremendous stress I was placing my
back under, completely unaware I continued to push it
until one afternoon I thought I'd show her how her so grown
daughter still knows how to hula hoop in our local playground.

Big mistake! To cut a long story short my back basically gave
in. The pain was indescribable. I was an absolute train wreck,
I could barely go up the stairs, I wasn't even in the right
physical shape to breastfeed my own son. I needed help quickly,
and it had to come from somewhere inside me. It was around then
my passion grew for studying holistic medicine, natural health & just about anything to do with the human body.

Now lets fast forward 2 years later:
I'm in the best shape of my life and I graduate
as a Natural Doctor (HMD) by the end of next year in October-
to say I am fortunate is an understatement so much so
I wanna invite you all to Marine City, Zenith Tower, Saturday the 17th of December at midday on the basement floor so we can share our healing experiences, experience the arts of Shiatsu, Reflexology, Acupressure, Aromatherapy and general well being on training the body how to heal itself because after giving birth-the one thing I've learned is we really don't know how much our body needs a little pampering until its too late. So please come along mums I would love to see you all there, message me to come, I will respond as soon as my son falls asleep. xx
