Namaste 🙏 everybody! Here we are early summer and it is time for the may reiki share!
I read an interesting article last week about the growth in the number of younger koreans who are doing "dopamine detoxes", Getting off social media and reading books more and having more interactions in the non digital world as they saw themselves becoming more enslaved and dependent on it with some of them saying they scrolled and engaged for 10 to 12 hours! When living like that becomes a mindset and the chemicals in the brain are dictating how we feel about things and use our time , it is clearly time to step back, breathe and let energy shift all of that and to answer the calling for awareness, presence and deep understanding and a knowing and longing that what your body, mind and spirit really crave is to feel light, sharp, effused and uplifted...

Come and get a reiki treatment and give one if you have been trained in reiki and engage in a warm and caring space for a few hours
