There is a "focus mode" and a "distraction mode" for using your brain.
Use your brain.
Rather than sitting at your desk solving unsolvable problems, why not improve your problem-solving skills by maximising the use of your brain for limited periods of time in "distraction mode"?

I source developers from around the world to build web and apps. Currently, I'm planning and developing a property-related service.

1.On Sunday evening, we debrief and share based on the "results" accumulated during the week.
2.On Sunday morning, from 10am until 11am dismissal, each person will present a 5 minute report.

If you don't create results, they go out of your head. You'll realise how much effort you put into the process and outcome.

Purpose: To learn by teaching, not by being taught.
Why: Because being taught has many alternatives and is less efficient.
