Seoul Ceramic Workshop🌴

Join where you'll create unique clay art inspired by nature! We will work with eco-friendly materials and elements from nature outdoors. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to connect with their creativity and the nature or who is into clay works!

One mini soul item & One useful item ❤️
(All Hand-built 🙌 if you want to make something with wheel throwing, it’s possible in my studio next to ihwa uni!)

🌿 Course Details
1. Design from the heart 💜
We begin by finding references to spark your imagination. Whether it’s a long held vision or a spontaneous idea, I’ll be your creative guide! helping you translate your inner world into clay. If you're feeling stuck, I recommend you to make small divided tray as a beginner!
2. Being friends with clay ✨
Little nature looking like sculptural objects, mini lucky totem, mini self portrait-character, any nature connected sculpture is waiting to be manifested from ideas to earth !☀️
3. Learning global artisan’s techniques 🌍
Then, we will bring your design to life using a blend of traditional techniques from around the world! You’ll learn how to shape clays the most efficient way. After that, we will experiment with texture/pattern! We’ll use organic materials and hand-building methods to create soulful, tactile pieces.😘
For those who is new to clay, we suggest focusing on sculptural objects and trays, allowing you to play with form without the pressure of perfection.

1. 마음을 담은 디자인 💜
상상력을 자극할 참고 자료를 찾는 것부터 시작합니다. 오랫동안 간직해온 아이디어든 즉흥적인 영감이든, 여러분의 내면세계를 표현할 수 있도록 가이드해 드려요.🤞
2. 흙과 친해지기 ✨
자연을 닮은 오브제, 미니 행운 토템, 작은 자화상 캐릭터 등 자연과 자신이 연결된 어떤 형태든 좋습니다. 아이디어를 현실로 구현해 보아요!
3. 글로벌 도자 전통 기술 배우기 🌍
전 세계의 전통 기법을 혼합해 디자인에 생명력을 불어넣습니다. 가장 효율적으로 아트 피스의 형태를 잡는 법을 배우고, 유기적 재료와 핸드빌딩 방식을 이용해 질감과 패턴을 실험하며 따뜻한 감촉의 작품을 만듭니다. (도예가 처음이신 분들은 완벽함에 대한 부담 없이 형태를 즐길 수 있도록 식기보다는 오브제나 구분 트레이 제작에 집중하시는 것을 권장합니다!)

- 완성된 작품들은 가마 소성 후 약 1~2개월 뒤에 받으실 수 있습니다.
