At this month's meetup, co-organizer, Ben Hauser, will help us get behind the numbers of a new construction project and guide us through some of the processes involved, including how someone with NO EXPERIENCE can build using premanufactured home builders.

Not only will you learn some great metrics for evaluating these types of investments (How much per square foot might you expect to pay? What type of neighborhoods might you target?), Ben will also introduce you to some of the resources and contacts he's made who may help you do your own construction project in the future.

And we have planned a speaker who is a licensed Korean Stock Trader who will answer questions about the Korean investing environment as well as her thoughts on what's going on globally.
