Spring Hike at Ocean County Park

Registration required: www.sierraclub.org/new-jersey/ocean-county 10 a.m., 3 miles, easy pace. Join us for our first NJ Sierra Club hike at Ocean County Park. This magnificent facility in Lakewood has a rich and fascinating history. Ocean County Park was originally part of Financier John D. Rockefeller's vacation estate. His estate donated the property of 323 acres to Ocean County in 1940. Leashed dogs are welcome. Bring binoculars, water, snacks and lunch. There are picnic tables. Rain cancels.
