Explore new ways to move through a beginner-friendly introduction to movement training.

This class combines animal flow, soft acrobatics, dance, balance, and coordination exercises designed to improve mobility, strength, body awareness, and confidence.

No previous experience is required. All movements can be scaled to your level, making this session suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced movers.
