Our 80-minute sessions are designed to make you sharp and strong:

  • Technical Boxing: Mitt work, footwork, and combos (we teach you the real sport).
  • Conditioning: Strength & HIIT drills to build an athletic physique.
  • Community: A motivated group of women (expats & locals) who push each other.

Who is this for?

  • Athletes: If you do CrossFit, BJJ, or Runโ€”this is your new challenge.
  • Beginners: Never thrown a punch? Weโ€™ll teach you the fundamentals from day one.
