This meditation is practiced worldwide by people of different nationalities and religious backgrounds. Successful and dramatic results have been experienced from the practice of this meditation.
Following the meditation, we will be offering 20-minute mini healing sessions to reduce stress and enhance emotional well-being for attendees who are interested in trying out Pranic Healing.
As a precaution, individuals with the following conditions should not participate in the meditation: those below 18 years old; pregnant women, heavy smokers, and those with heart trouble, untreated hypertension, glaucoma, or severe kidney ailments.
