Sacred Sunday Sound Bath

Relax into bliss at this sound bath by Sonic Light (Lisa Swisher, Donna Benjamin, Sean Pepers, Shanti O’Connor). Shanti will open with breath work followed by a sound bath rich in the sounds of didgeridoo, gongs, chimes, sound bowls, rain sticks and Native American Courting flutes.
