In the middle of busy routines and constant mental noise, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves and with a deeper sense of presence and care.
This workshop is a gentle space to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate compassion — both for yourself and for the world around you.
Through guided meditation, quiet reflection, and a simple creative drawing exercise, we’ll explore compassion as something lived and embodied, not just an idea. No meditation or artistic experience is needed.
The session is designed to help you feel more grounded, release mental tension, reconnect with self-compassion, and experience a calm, intentional reset for the weekend.
