In this group, we'll nurture community around our lived experiences and stories that have shaped our lives, while also talking about who we envision being and becoming in this journey of life.

Harmony starts from within and the relationship we have with ourselves is a guide for how we build positive and thriving relationships with others and with our environment. The better we know ourselves, the better we can create healthier connections with others.
