Inner Yin & Yang Flow(70mins)

A balanced class blending mindful movement with restful stillness.
We’ll begin with an energizing Vinyasa flow to open the hips and chest, align the spine, and awaken the body.
As the heat peaks, we’ll slowly shift into calming Yin shapes to cool down, soften, and release deep layers of tension.

We focus on being present rather than just performing the shape.
There will be options for different bodies and conditions, so feel free to use props and adjust as you need.
