Arizona Conscious/Ecstatic Dance

Sunday Dance is an ongoing moving-meditation- conscious-embodied-dance-experience.

Our sessions begin with carefully curated music and skilled guidance to allow a safe space for focusing awareness inward in order to express our dance outward. The music shifts and changes in tempo and style during the session to support the discovery and release process. We conclude with a grounding closing circle. The full experience is 90 minutes in the studio, the benefits are lasting.

This a fun, revealing practice that can benefit anyone (over 18) willing to try it.

If this is your first time - welcome.

• quietly place your belongings against the wall
• and begin your journey within.

Welcome to CommUnity Sol Dance! It is our intention to create a safe space for all to dance, connect with yourself and others if inspired, express authentically, be in and feel the present moment, explore your inner knowing, and lead with your heart wisdom~ ~ ~ ~ <3

Hi AZ dance family! I am SUPER excited to share a brand new dance offering beginning Tuesday March 3rd, and continuing as a biweekly event.
I will be opening and closing with expressive, grounding cello to allow us to drop in deeply into our bodies.
This first dance will be ultra potent, as it takes place on a full moon lunar eclipse. Let's dance with whatever energy arises an alchemize!
Come as you are; bring an open heart, your authentic self, and a pair of bare feet. 😁
Opening cello begins at 6:45, with about an hour long wave of music to follow. Afterwards will take place a closing circle to allow us to be seen and ground in the dance.

6:45-8:30. Donations of any scale are greatly appreciated.
