Looking for something fun to do on a Wednesday evening? Come hang out with us at Gangnam Mafia Cafe for a relaxed meetup full of games, conversation, and good company. I can't think of a better way to recharge in the middle of the week. Just bring yourself and some good vibes 😄 We’ll provide the games and banter!

Our group focuses on social games like Mafia, Codenames, and Telestrations — the kinds of games that lead to reckless plays, heated debates, and hilarious outcomes.

Examples of games we like to play:
🔹 Mafia games (Werewolf, Avalon, Secret Hitler)
🔹 Bluffing games (Coup, Skull, Cockroach Poker)
🔹 Deduction games (Codenames, Clue, Decrypto)
🔹 Party games (Telestrations, Dixit, Just One)
🔹 Negotiation games (Chinatown, Modern Art, Catan)

Board game newbies and non-native speakers are welcome! Most of the games we play are quick to learn, and we’ll happily teach you the rules. People often come alone and end up leaving with new friends, so don’t be shy about joining. Whether you’re new in town or a lifelong Seoulite, you’ll find a warm, welcoming group and plenty of reasons to keep coming back 🙂

🕒 The meeting lasts 3 hours and you may arrive up to 10 minutes early. It's okay to arrive late or leave early, but please let the group leader know ahead of time! We start with self-introductions, so please do your best to arrive on time 🙏

Join us at Gangnam Mafia Cafe for several hours of fun, mystery, and deception! We’ll play Blood on the Clocktower this time — an easy-to-learn but incredibly deep social deduction game where every player has a unique character. The whole system is balanced to produce tense games with shocking endings, and the best part is that you can keep playing even after you die! It's perfect for fans of Mafia, Werewolf, or Avalon.

💸 Entry Fee:
5,000 KRW/hour (includes 1 drink)

🕒 We'll start at 7:30 with quick self-introductions before the first game. Each game lasts 1-2 hours. We'll most likely play past midnight. Feel free to come and leave at any time (let us know your ETA if you're coming late). If you arrive in the middle of a game, you can just watch or join as a special character called a "traveler." Make sure to pay before you go!
