## 🍇 Flight Concept

In early 2025, I had the chance to taste a well-aged 1995 Pommard (village level) from a Beaune-based producer — and it was genuinely unforgettable. It reminded me how beautifully certain Burgundy villages can evolve with time.
For this flight, I’ve included wines that feel at a rewarding stage today: the 2005s from Rousseau and Dugat-Py seem to be entering a very expressive window, and while I approach the 1996 Vogüé Chambolle-Musigny with respect, it’s widely praised for drinking beautifully right now.
A rare opportunity to experience maturity, balance, and energy at the same table.
