2nd BM Clinic Meetup @Seoul

• Business model clinic reception in May.

• Applicants: Those who are currently in business and want to change or develop the BM side
• Duration: 3 hours in total
• Progress (It takes about 40 minutes for each applicant): Introduction of my business and sharing of issues -> Problem definition / Solution effectiveness / Checking execution issues -> Discussing how to change business model side (quick win)
• Participants: Proceeding to a minority due to the nature of the meeting. Within 3 ~ 5 people
• How to apply: Apply for a comment or apply for a Google Form
• When there are a lot of applicants: Priority to be selected in consideration of relevance / urgency (rollover or separate)
• Place of meeting: near Shin-Hyun-Hyun (individual notification of applicants), participation fee is 15,000 won.(KRW)
