We hope you will join us to try some push hands. This will include opportunities for cooperative practice especially good for beginners with no experience. There will also be opportunities for competitive play for beginners and those with experience.
Completely free, but arrive about 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver and wear loose, comfortable clothing (athletic pants or sweats and a t-shirt work well).
