⚠️ Cancellation & No-Show Policy (This does not apply to Social Night and Korean Speaking Club)⚠️

We’ve introduced these new policies due to a recent increase in late cancellations and no-shows. If something comes up and you’re unable to attend after the cancellation deadline, please feel free to send us a message. We understand that things happen.

• If you cancel your RSVP up to 10AM on Friday - no Penalty
• 10AM - 2PM - One Strike. 3 strikes result in a one-month ban.
• 2PM onwards is an automatic one-month ban from our events.

RSVP will open at 21:00 exactly one week before the event date.

Meeting:
Inside the Cafe, if you arrive earlier you are more than welcome to wait for us inside the cafe.
