Feeling mentally drained, stiff from sitting all day, or struggling to stay focused?
If you spend long hours at a desk, your body and brain are likely operating under constant low-level stress — even if you don’t notice it.Most people try to solve this by pushing harder or taking breaks that don’t actually reset anything.
In this 60-minute guided experience on zoom, we’ll combine gentle chair mobility, stretching, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT tapping) to help you get stronger, release tension, and gain more energy.This session is designed to do what your usual breaks don’t: fully reset your system so you can perform better.
