​Arrive early, grab a coffee, and meet your fellow builders. Form teams for the mini AI hackathon during this time. Costumes encouraged — it's Halloween, after all! 🎭

​1:00 PM - 5:00 PM | Mini AI Hackathon: "Ugly Backend, Scary Code" 👾
​Build AI apps with the most unnecessarily convoluted backend imaginable. Work solo or in teams — the uglier, the better.

​5:00 PM - 6:00 PM | Team Demos 💀
​Each team presents its hilariously horrific creations. Expect laughs, lessons, and maybe a few runtime errors.

​6:00 PM - 7:00 PM | 🔥 Campfire Salon-Style Discussion of the World's AI Models
Gather around the campfire and discuss the differences in AI models around the world. Share insights, experiences, and perspectives on global AI developments.
