A 3-hour workshop to help parents bring more calm, compassion, and connection into family life.

Through guided mindfulness, breathing meditation, gentle movement, and practical exercises, this session supports you in finding steadiness, patience, and presence in the everyday challenges of parenting.

No prior experience with mindfulness required, just bring an open mind.

Open to: Parents, caregivers, guardians, and anyone raising children
