In today’s fast-paced world, many of us are living in a constant state of “doing,” leaving our nervous systems overstimulated and depleted.

This 90-minute guided breathwork experience is designed to help you gently reset, regulate, and restore balance from the inside out.
Through trauma-informed, accessible breathing techniques, you’ll learn how to:

• Shift out of stress and into calm
• Increase emotional regulation and clarity
• Release stored tension in the body
• Build resilience through conscious breathing
• Create sustainable tools you can use in daily life

This session blends science-based nervous system education with guided experiential breathwork in a safe, supportive environment. No prior experience is necessary.

You’ll leave with practical tools to regulate your system in real time at work, at home, and in moments that matter most.

All levels welcome. Come as you are. Yoga mats and blankets are available for use, however, bring whatever you’d like for comfort in the amazing space of the Healing Spirit Café!

Christina Gamez, MSN, RN, NC-BC, EBPC, HTCP is a Holistic Nurse, Board-Certified Nurse Coach, and founder of Health & Healing with Christina, LLC. She specializes in nervous system regulation, mindfulness-based practices, and trauma-informed care. Christina integrates neuroscience, breathwork, and holistic healing modalities to help individuals move from survival mode into sustainable well-being. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in both clinical experience and whole-person care.

Find the oasis of peace within through the self-healing art of Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese practice that can be described as a moving meditation. This fully guided class will lead you through a series of gentle movements, focused intention, and deep breathing techniques, designed to shed stress and tension and bring about deeper levels of calm and wellbeing. Ideal for strengthening the body's immune system, improving blood circulation, and overall mental and physical health. Everyone can realize benefits in this practice, regardless of experience or fitness level.

Celeste Montgomery is certified in Supreme Science Level One Qi Gong. Introduced to Qi Gong in 2017, she began practicing daily and experienced immediate benefits, including release and clearing of stress and emotional trauma, calmness and improved clarity of mind, easing of joint pain, and a greater sensitivity to energy and spirit realms. These experiences motivate her to share this deeply profound practice with others through teaching.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Masks are not required, that is left up to individual preference.
