Join us for this special weekend urban retreat in the heart of Seoul. This is a non-residential workshop designed for conscious expats and locals who want to experience a "Deep Reboot" without leaving the city.
✨ What is this journey about?
We use Holotropic Breathwork (Transpersonal Breathwork) to access non-ordinary states of consciousness. This process bypasses the analytical mind, allowing your body’s natural wisdom to lead the way. It is a safe and sacred container for:
- Releasing years of stored tension and emotional blockages.
- Gaining clarity on your life’s direction and "Inner Compass."
- Connecting with a tribe of like-minded, conscious seekers.
🗓️ The Weekend Flow
Jan 25th Sunday
- 10:00 - Opening Circle & Intention Setting
- 11:00 - Holotropic Breathwork Session (Max. 3hours)
- 14:00 - Integration through Mandala Drawing & Journaling
- 15:00 - Late Lunch Break (Self-provided)
- 16:00 - Final Sharing Circle
- 17:00 - Closing the Day and Going back home
📍 Logistics
- Location: Once your participation is confirmed, we will share the location details.
- Language: Conducted entirely in English.
- Preparation: Wear comfortable clothing. An eye mask, Mattress/Pillow covers(Optional, for your personal hygiene)
💳 Energy Exchange
- 100,000 KRW (approx. 70 USD)

Breathwork can be an intense physical and emotional experience. This workshop is not recommended for those with severe cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, or a history of severe psychiatric symptoms. Please contact the organizer if you have any health concerns.
