Professional Photographers Of Orange County (PPOC) is committed to educating NEW, INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED PHOTOGRAPHERS in all aspects of photography.
Our members learn from a variety of methods including the Coveted Image Competitions that determine the coveted Orange County Photographer of the Year, to Workshops, Safari's to first-hand studio experience by working with some of the counties top studios.
If you want to learn how to attract clients willing to pay for your photographic work, work with clients that value and are happy (not just willing) to pay fair rates for your work. Even learn better technical skills we are the group for you!!

Join us for a relaxed photo walk through the beautiful Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve. Whether you're a beginner or pro, this is a great chance to connect with fellow photographers, explore scenic trails, and capture wildlife, ocean views, and golden hour light.

Along the Southern California coastline, Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve offers over 1300 acres of coastal habitat surrounding a saltwater estuary. Hiking trails. Let's take a walk and explore all the wetlands have to offer. A chance to spot nearly 200 resident and transient bird species that use the wetlands as a critical stopover while migrating along the Pacific Flyway. Nature lovers can also enjoy seeing nearly over 100 plants and trees found in the wetlands.We will meet at 8:30am, the Parking is always limited, come early if you can. Our walk will start going over the bridge.
