상세정보

Ever feel like your mind just won’t stop?
Replaying the past. Worrying about the future.
Getting stuck in the same thoughts over and over.

This isn’t about fixing that.
It’s just a space to pause and take a look together.

✨ What We’ll Do✨

This isn’t therapy or a lecture.
It’s just a conversation between participants

We’ll explore simple questions like:

  • Does this problem actually exist right now?
  • Am I being hard on myself because of some “ideal version” of me?
  • Are my memories facts… or just interpretations?
  • Is trying to “be better” making things heavier?

No need to solve anything.
Just seeing what’s actually there.

***The session is free, but since we’ll be meeting at a café, you’ll need to grab a coffee/tea/whatever
(Not my café / just securing our seat 😄)

✨What You Might Notice✨

Sometimes something shifts.
Not because anything was solved,
but because you’re no longer as caught in it.

  • The thought is still there… but it doesn’t pull you in the same way
  • What felt heavy starts to feel a bit more… distant
  • You realize you don’t have to follow every thought that shows up

Nothing dramatic.
Just a quiet sense that
there’s a little more space between you and what’s in your head.

And from there, you go back to your life
laundry, food, work… normal stuff 😄

About the Host✨

Hi, I’m Tyler Song
a posture correction specialist (NASM-CES) with over 10 years of experience.

I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, helping them improve how their bodies move and feel.

Over time, I realized posture isn’t just physical.
The mind plays a big role in how we carry ourselves.

I’ve practiced Zen Buddhism and worked as a assistant facilitator for awareness-based groups at Higherself Korea.

***Ground Rules***

To ensure a safe and effective space, participants must agree to the following:

  • Confidentiality: What is said in the session stays in the session.
  • Neutrality: We leave behind labels regarding religion, sexuality, gender, or social status. We meet as individuals.
  • Dialogue over Debate: This is a space for listening and contemplation, not for arguing or convincing others.
  • Observe, Don't Analyze: Focus on your direct experience rather than searching for an intellectual "right" answer.
  • Respect the Silence: We use silence as a tool. There is no need to fill the gaps immediately after a question.

📅 Save the Date! After registering, you'll receive the location (Around Gangnam Station) 2 days prior
