Please join us to meet with Usman who is one of the The Sufi School of Teaching's representatives in Australia and New Zealand. During the meet-up session we introduce you to our first meditation technique which you can practice at home individually. During this meet-up session we also meditate in a group, so that you may have a first hand experience of meditation on the heart in both these contexts.
