Our Purpose
To provide a means and a social group for single people to come together with others that are in similar situations. We can all learn from each other and great friendships come out of getting to know each other.
Our Group
The group is composed of all ages and all different types of people with varied interests. This keeps the activities different as well, based on who is hosting the different events.
This group belongs to us all and my hope is to keep everyone actively involved through hosting activities to planning the events and generally just keeping current on our events and activities.
Keeping things Current
While membership is free, an effort is made to keep the membership population current and active. Meetup notifies the moderator when members are inactive for 3 months or more. If this happens, your membership may be removed. If you later decide that you'd like to participate, please just rejoin the group. We would love to have you join in!

Isotopes Baseball Game
Albuquerque Isotopes Stadium, 1601 Avenida Cesar Chavez SE, Albuquerque, NM, USIt's Baseball Season Again! Time to enjoy a baseball game! This is second PNM’s 2 for 1 Ticket Coupon” for the season!
I will get tickets for everyone who RSVP by Tuesday Appril 14th at 3 pm. The Isotopes will play "Oklahoma City Comets" and the game starts at 6:35 PM. We’ll head over around 6:00 PM. To be in our seat for the National Anthem. Tickets are $16.00, so Half Price tickets will be $8.00 each. I take cash only, inside the park is card only. NO CASH!
We will meet on the southwest corner of the University Blvd. & Shields around 5:30 PM. This is Parking Lot #20 identified on the Isotopes web page: www.albuquerque.isotopes.milb.com. It is located one block north of Avenida Cesar Chavez and University intersection on the west side of the street, across from the third base gate at Isotopes Park. There is a parking fee of $7 for a car of 3 or less people. Parking is “Free” if you bring 4 or more friends in one car. Look for a group of people sitting around in my lawn chairs near the corner watching the crowd walk by.
We always try to sit in Section 201 up as high as I can get, third base side under the overhang to stay out of the sun and any rain, if it does rain. Although you may choose to sit in the lower section, the price is the same. "We talk a lot, have something to eat, enjoy a drink or two, and sometimes we even watch the game!" Guys don’t be shy, there are always more ladies that come to the games than you would think. Get acquainted and meet new friends, it’s a lot of fun.
There is a big problem in Meetup with PEOPLE AS A NO SHOW for a Meetup event! I will remove you from the group if you are one of them!
