I’m someone who has a deep interest in different cultures.

I created this meetup with the hope that people like me could come together and experience those meaningful moments when different cultures connect.

Our meetup goes beyond a simple language exchange.
It’s a cultural community where we explore and experience various cultures and arts together.

We visit places like LP bars, jazz bars, indie band concerts, art exhibitions, classical concerts, board game cafés, and bowling alleys, while meeting new friends along the way 😉

I hope this meetup won’t become something rigid or confined to a fixed format.

It’s not just about language.

I want to build a space where we can feel each other’s cultures and share our thoughts through something more essential and human than language itself.

📍 Our regular language exchange meetup takes place in Songdo, Incheon.

Additional cultural activities will be held alternately in Seoul and Songdo, usually on weekday evenings or Sundays.

📍No worries if it’s your first time.
Many people come alone and make new friends here!😊

📍Language Exchange Format

We switch languages every 20 minutes.
Korean → English → New partner!

This way you can meet many people and practice naturally.

📍Entry fee is only cash or transfer.

Early members who join by April 15 can lock in the 2,000₩ fee. After that, it goes up to regular fee 5,000₩.

To keep this community respectful and enjoyable for everyone, a few basic rules apply.

Members may be removed if they:

• do not attend any meetup within two weeks after joining

• cancel on the same day or do not show up

• create conflicts related to religion, dating, or personal issues

• repeatedly disrupt the community atmosphere

These guidelines help us maintain a positive environment for everyone.

저와 비슷한 사람들이 모여, 각자의 문화가 연결되는 본질적인 순간을 함께 느꼈으면 좋겠다는 생각으로 이 모임을 만들게 됐어요.

우리 모임은 단순한 언어교환 모임을 넘어, 다양한 문화와 예술을 함께 경험하는 문화 커뮤니티입니다.

언어만을 위한 모임이 아니라,

서로의 문화를 느끼고 각자의 생각에 대해 ‘언어보다 더 본질적인 인간적인 소통’으로 공유할 수 있는 모임을 여러분과 함께 만들어 가고 싶어요.

📍정기적인 ‘언어교환 모임’은 인천 송도에서 진행됩니다.

추가적인 문화 활동들은 서울과 송도를 번갈아 가며, 평일 저녁이나 일요일에 진행할 예정입니다~

📍언어교환 모임 진행 방식

20분 동안 영어, 20분동안 한국어로 대화하고 40분마다 파트너를 바꿔 다양한 사람들과 이야기 나누어요 😆

📍건강한 커뮤니티를 위한 강퇴 조건

우리 모임의 분위기와 본질을 지키기 위한
몇 가지 규칙이 있어요. 규칙을 어길 시 강퇴 조치됩니다.

• 가입 후 2주 이내 모임 참여가 없는 경우

• 당일 취소 또는 노쇼

• 종교, 연애, 개인적인 문제로 다른 사람에게 불편을 주는 행동

• 커뮤니티 분위기를 해치는 행동

모두가 편안하고 즐겁게 어울릴 수 있는 공간을 만들기 위한 규칙이니 이해 부탁드립니다.
