TUESDAY MORNING HIKES - DOGGIE PARK IN CALABASAS

Note for this hike: The Bark Park Trail is considered a moderate trail of about 4 miles. It can be completed in 2 hours, which makes it a great choice for a beginner’s hike or weekday adventure. It is an Out-and-Back trail, and connects to the New Millennium Trail. There is a Kobe Bryant Memorial near the crash site that we will pass along the way.

Our group name will tell you that our hikes will take place mostly in the San Fernando Valley, or nearby Calabasas - meaning no long drives.

Most of our group hikes will be between 4-5 miles long and will last about two hours, but you have an option to make the hike longer.
Our group have experienced hikers and others who would like to hike at a leisurely pace. In order to accommodate everyone, we may have two groups.
Please know your limitations. You decide! Both may have leaders.

Doggies with leashes are always welcome.
Please bring plenty of water and wear hiking shoes.

LOCATION: Bark Park in Calabasas
ADDRESS: 4232 Las Virgenes Road
DIRECTIONS: From the 101, take the Las Virgenes Exit, Go South about 2 miiles. The Park is across the street from A .E. Wright Middle School.

CHIPPING IN: Our group has been around for a while. This is a good sign because there must be a good reason that we are going strong.
You may not know that is costs to belong to MEETUP. They keep raising the dues. They know that we do not have a choice.
