Dear Friends,
 
This Saturday's Meditation Meetup,  "Beyond Our Thoughts", will be our last group Meditation for beginners until September.  The organizers are taking a summer vacation!  The Insight Meditation sits on Tuesday and Thursdays will continue as listed on the calendar at  Http://meditation.meetup.com/463/calendar/
